Natural Remedies for Boosting Energy

These tips are from the video of the same name as presented by Coach Kendra. I found them interesting, if basic, and worth preserving as a reminder.

1. Cut out caffeine.

2. Drink more water
          A. At least 8 glasses a day.

3. Eat High Energy Food.
          A. Raisins
          B. Turkey
          C. Nuts
          D. Apples with Peanut Butter
          E. Hummus with Veggies

4. Watch how you eat.
          A. A snack should be around 200 calories

5. Take a multi-vitamin.

6. Try a suppliment
          A. B-6
          B. B-12
          C. Co-Q-10

7. Engage in alternative nostril breathing.

8. Yoga/Sun Salutation

9. Accupressure
          A. Point ST-36
          B. 1 handwidth or four finger-widths below the knee
          C. Releases energy blockages in legs

10. Sleep more
          A. Go to bed 15 earlier than your norm.
          B. Try to get mid-day cat-naps in.
